Per TVA regulatory requirements, Covington Electric System service practice policies are changing effective July 1, 2015.  The following is a brief overview of those changes.

    If payment for your bill has not been received by the due date posted  on the bill, a late notice will be mailed out the day after the due date.

    A $25 service fee will automatically be applied to your bill if payment is not received before 7:30 a.m. on cutoff day.

    All Residential customer deposits will be $300.

    On all cash deposits, interest will be accrued and credited to your account, with the first credit appearing on your July 2016 bill.
